Not at this time. My services are offered only as a traveling Notary Public. To save money, my recommendation is to meet me at a local coffee shop in Willow Glen (there is one less than a mile from my home and I will provide this information to you when requested).
I proudly serve San Jose, Campbell, Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Mountain View and surrounding areas.
No. It is illegal for a Notary to prepare legal documents, answer legal questions or act as a legal advisor unless he or she is also an attorney. A violation of this is considered the unauthorized practice of law and is a crime. Also, a Notary cannot provide any advice about a particular document. Any questions you have about the document need to be answered by the party who sent you the document.
Every Notary Public in California takes an exam to qualify to be a Notary Public. Once the Notary Public successfully passes the exam, they are issued a commission (seal). My current commission expires in December 2025.

These are called credible witnesses, and they will need to sign my Notary journal as a part of the notarial process.
A photo ID that is current or issued (not expired) within the last 5 years, including:
Note: Per California law, copies of or electronic versions of the aforementioned documents are not considered valid. I will not perform any notarial acts without the current or issued ID in physical form being presented to me by the signer.
